To get this adjustment program, for the Epson Stylus OFFICE B30 you need to do the following:
1. Purchase the utility from 2manuals.com .
2. Download and run PC ID Utility first Note: The utility will create 2 configuration/signature files to identify your computer.
3. Send the two configuration/signature files generated to the email address provided.
4. We will then send the adjustment program to you.

IMPORTANT: The Adjustment utility will only work on one PC/Computer. If you change or upgrade parts in your computer, the utility will stop working.

  Your printers are pieces of shit, I'm sure that HP will be happy to know they have even more customers. The firmware is a piece of shit, the software isn't good either. And as for the support team, well lets just say that their not even worth anything, as any complications I have had(and others) haven't had any help from them. So you can thank yourselves for the loss, and give a big round of applause to any companies your in competition with.

  Sure wish your live support was online. I could understand it being down on New Year's Eve, but not today. I sent an email to this effect also, but no reply. The reset key worked, thanks. For just half a day, however. Not what I expected for $9.99. Please advise.
