Awesome. I made a mistake ordering 2 codes (I needed just 1). They called me (I'm in Italy) to ask if it was an erroneous "double click"...and they deleted the second order. I still can't believe it. That's PURE QUALITY. (Of course the whole thing works and the printer is doing his work). THANX!

I did not use the printer Epson Pro 4900 for a long time and even after 5 or 6 powerful manual cleanings for all inks the paper was staying completely white !! I did the Ink Charge and cleaning process described in the soft and after that the machine is working 100% fine In France there is no way to get this software except if you work for Epson !!!

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. I have order it but it can not work for reset wast ink pad. When release a new it too sad to order with 19.99$ with nothing can do.

This printer model has separate Waste Ink Maintenance Box with its own IC chip.
You can replace Waste Ink Maintenance Box or reset the chip on the Waste Ink Maintenance Box.
This information is clearly stated in program description at our site.

My Epson R260 quit working- read up online what the cause was (counters in printer). I downloaded the WIC Utility package and sure enough the counter was at 100.70%. I downloaded the Reset Key- at first it didn't work. Turned the printer off & on as instructed. Still didn't work. Finally I turned the monitoring on- reset the printer. Then turned monitoring off again and reset the printer & it finally worked. I think the monitoring just got hung up somehow- computers!!! I'm very thankful I'm good for another few years. It only cost $9.99 instead of the price of buying another printer (and I have all these ink cartridges that would go to waste)- OR a repair bill & would be without it while being fixed. Would I buy another Epson printer- NO- but would I recommend 2manuals for the fix- Definitely.
