  Hi john: I wouldlike to let you know that i bought another reset key from yoy site and it worked with onother workforce 840 I owned. i think the problem with the other printer workforce 840 was that I used the reset key epson has in their website some times and probably it bloked the printer. Just for you to know and to let you know this time worked with another 840 I own Thank you for your understanding and for refunding the money when did not work.   I figured it out. I ended up purchasing the LJ 1100 manual. I just used a different email address and it worked fine. Btw, the service manual helped me out tremendously! It paid for itself easily. I will definitely be using your service manuals again in the future. Thanks,

  I always bought the key and it arrived correctly, but unfortunately in my last 3 purchases, the key did not arrive. I already sent an email to support with the order number with the problem, they told me that everything was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and I still don't have the key. very bad and slow customer support, it took almost 2 days for useless response.
