I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. Bought a key for a epson rx425 although they delayed to send me the key to my email,they finally send and i saved my printer,the ink cartridges i had bought, and a lot of money i would have wasted to buy a new one.Old printer working as brand new!THANK YOU ALL!

I spent 4 hours trying to get my r340 to work then l I used your program to reset the protection counter. I have just printed 5 pages and 4 disks. Slightly cryptic instructions but it worked perfectly. it took me all of 5 minutes.
