I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! Works slick...and why shouldn't they make some $$ for their key and Utility? I appreciate not having to send the printer to Tech support or buy a new one like Epson suggests- when it was a piece of cake to do myself.

EPSON Artisan 800 - 2manuals Reset tool for the Waste Ink Counter works like a charm... Best $9.99 I've spent in some time! 12,000 Pages printed (large jobs) and my ink pad was barely used... EPSON get a clue, many thanks 2manuals for having the foresight to correct their lunacy...

Wow! Epson wanted standard charge of £118.80 to replace my ink pads. So I bought a set for about a fiver (on eBay). But then Epson would not provide a reset code - they still wanted £118. 80. Then I came across this service and hey presto they provided a code for under a tenner. They deserve all the business they can get. Well done. From Ken Fuller
