I finally succeeded after a few attempts and the firmware downgrade worked !! Now I can use my non-OEM ink cartridges on my Epson printer Thank you for this excellent piece of software, well worth it Best regards

After hours of frustration I paid the $9.99 saying, \"What do I have to lose?\" Just like the other reviews said, you\'ll be all set within 2 minutes.>The reviews have spelling errors (ha ha) so real people are writing them. And to leave this review that I\'m writing, the site made me log in (proving I have an account and truly am a customer that tried it). Worked on my Epson Stylus CX8400.

If you've replaced the heads, or removed/re-installed them, you need this! Also does a power nozzle clean - worth the money just for that. Note it needs DOS or a DOS box in Windows.
