  i purchase a waste ink pad reset key .but reset key is not working properly.and i pay the full payment. but product key is expired so please give me a new product key which is working properly. and i request to you that you must give the genuine key . which is that costumer will satisfied in first time. please give me a quick response. thank you. ============Answer:============ You Reset Key is NOT used yet!!!   I tried using the free utility Epson provided, the counter reset to 40%, then after a print I got the error again. I gave WIC a chance out of desperation and it work! Saved me from throwing out a perfectly good printer and buying a new one. I use CISS and do a lot of prints and head cleaning. I cleaned ink pads myself but will set up a waste bottle when I get the chance.

  Absolutely fantastic. I got the error message and removed the ink pads ans washed them, don't think I got all the ink out though! Then I used this program as a 'trial' and it worked wonderfully, Printing all OK again and I thought I would need to buy a new printer. When it happens again, I will purchase new pads and a reset key - has to be cheaper than a visit to a repair shop or a new printer. Thank you so much
