This adjustment program is developed for making printers adjustments, Ink charge, paper feed adjustments, printhead power cleaning etc.

This adjustment program DOESN'T HAVE Waste Ink Counters Reset function.

The Epson Adjustment Program for New model Epson WorkForce WF-3620, WF-3640 can be used under Windows only (Millenium, 2000, XP, 10, 11 [in compatibility mode]).

To get this adjustment program, for the Epson WorkForce WF-3620, WF-3640 you need to do the following:

  1. Purchase the utility from 2manuals.com.
  2. You'll get download link on-line and in the email message too
We recommend reading the Epson WorkForce WF-3620, WF-3640 Service Manual before using the adjustment utility.

This printer models have separate Waste Ink Maintenance Box with its own IC chip. You can replace Waste Ink Maintenance Box or reset the chip on the Waste Ink Maintenance Box. Read more about how to reset the Waste Ink Maintenance Box.

  This was one of the most satisfying on-line experience I have EVER experienced! It started with some slightly suspicious message appearing on our (usually functional) 2019 Epson ET-2760 ink jet printer: “The Inkpad Needs Service. Contact Epson.” My wife, who has been the person diligently tending to the Epson, had surrendered because Epson was TOTALLY unresponsive. So then it was my turn. I did the only thing I ever do when confronted with a potential fiasco like this: I entered the mysterious Epson message into my Google search engine. Up popped information about a "WIC Reset Utility" that seemed to make sense. I downloaded the TRIAL version, which would theoretically be able to “reset” the Epson’s Inkpad counter One Time. Say Wha?!? Bottomline: It worked HEROICALLY, so I I have gone ahead and purchased the actual WIC Reset Utility software. I am imagining that if this message ever appears again I will now be able to work around it. This software literally SAVED our old Epson printer, for which I will be eternally grateful.   Thank you! I paid less for my Epson R320 1 year ago than Epson want for servicing it. I had printed a head a nozzle check 2 days ago when I put in a new cartrige all printouts were perfect but today my Printer told me it needed service and refused to work. Your fix showed me two things the Ink wells did not need flushing as stated by the Epson Tech and that my printer had been set to only run half the usual plates so that was why the service notice cam up so soon after I purchased it.
