My Epson 1400 got the end of life message and I had already reset it once before so I couldn't use the Epson site to reset it. I remembered this site from years ago and purchased the utility reset and it worked like a charm. Only wish I had not spent $400 on a new printer before remembering your site. Anyways I just did a live video showing that this really works on my youtube channel. More people need to know about this remedy!

Thanks John, You saved me alot of time and frustration dealing with that idiot I was talking with at Ebson, he didn\'t know sh$t about my printer, he began by telling me that my printer was like a human body and I was like WTF???, well anyway I eventually told him he was stupid and hung up on him, I called the place where I purchased my printer from and he gave me your website, everything is working fine now and you saved me from any down time I would have had taking to the service center!... What a fantastic job guys!!! absolutely astounded that it works and how easy it was. thank you again!

Having changed the ink pads in my Epson XP-342 I didn't expect to get an error message telling me I had to have a service by Epson! Found this site highly recommended for resetting this message so went on and downloaded the WIC Reset Key and sure enough my printer reloaded and I was able to use my printer again as I desperately needed to print some paperwork out. Thanks you, reseted a Epson l1300 ink waste counter sucessfully, who sold me the printer wanted to charge me $25 and I would still have to take the printer to his office.
