  Hi. I tried to reset printer Epson EP-901f (japanese model). I tryed everything possible I could - SCC utility, soft reset,.... so far no luck. Then i bought this and it reset my printer just in second. Thanks for good job. My printer is back to life again. I paid for this printer about $550US. Now I can use it again just for spending extra almost 10 dollars. It\'s worth it. Thanks for your great job. Well done!

  Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?.   I have just bought an Epson printer TX111, only a month I have used it, the sensor scanner in the main board has broken, please tell me how to repair it bcoz I can\'t use both the printer n the scanner. And show me which one the sensor scanner, I just knew it from the service manual. Thank you for full manual!

  First thoughts were $9.99 is a bit much but you've got to see this in context. My printer is perfectly ok. EPSON are trying to rip me off to buy a new one. These guys have the skills to let me get one over on those rip-offs at EPSON. Well done guys.

  Great product. did the trick which always helps. I did watch your video on how you did it just incase i was doing it wrong and found that the video utility didnt look the same as the utility i used ie no Check button so was a bit unsure to start with. But the product is pretty much idiot proof.
