Having used Epson "reset" utility once, with success on my XP 830, it allowed me a bit more printing time until it just stopped cold. Research found this site. My download from 2manuals was easy as was the entire process and my printer is working once again, no thanks to Epson. I removed the ink pad chamber and replaced the saturated pads with some of my wife's cotton make up pads...Ha ! We'll see how long that lasts. Very similar material. OH my god !! After struggling to get the reset programme for my printer, I found 2manuals.com and had everything bought, recieved and printer reset in about 10 minutes. All for about �5.00. Thankyou so much !!

Apart from the first key that I bought that did not arrive, the next 2 keys I bought arrived (I've only used one so far) so I'll save the other one for next time. Thanks very much for your help. Shelley Hamilton.

I replaced the ink pad unit and still nothing i you tube it and wic reset it in five minutes not a scam it was amazing thank you

Excellent , i was a bit dubious about buying a key in case it didn't work or that it could be a con , but im very very happy i did get this utility & purchased a key . I used this utility to reset my Epson SX-110 which was giving me the message " ink pads had reached the end of their life " & needed service i ain't paying �49.99 just to have a sponge replaced , so a big THANK YOU for the tool & I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE PRINTERS ALL ABOUT YOU .

Thanks for the program and manual. I was able to revive a 2 year old 4900. I had 100% blockage in 8 of the 11 heads, and over 50% blockage in the last three.... I ran the ink charge with cleaning fluid. Now I have 100% of the nozzle check pattern on ALL of the heads. I was blown away. I thought for sure I was going to pay for a new head. So, thank you. I also have a an older Epson Stylus Pro 4000. It has been sitting a while and the heads are dried up. Do you have the same program and manual for this printer? I would like to try to revive it as well. If you do could you just send me a link? Thanks again
