2. Download HardWare ID Utility HWID.exe, run it and copy yours PC Hardware ID

Note! You have to disable antivirus or put HWID.exe file to ignore list!

3. Put this item (License for L395 ) in to Your Shopping Cart

4. Go to payment page and enter HardWare ID in to specified field:

5. Make payment and You will get download link with L395 Adjustment Program and License file included

6. Put AdjProg.exe to Antivirus Ignore list or disable Antivirus. Then Run AdjProg.exe.

Thank you so much. You have helped me twice now. Once 2 yrs ago and just today, with the reset key to get my printer going again and I am so happy as I love my printer and it works perfectly and doesn't need to go to landfill. I have emptied the waste ink pads twice now, washed and dried so they will be the next thing I replace soon.

Brilliant stuff! Have tried everything over the last few days to reset my R265, and finally found your site! Brought a key, bit of a problem with my email account, tried another one, got the key, reset the R265 AFTER washing out the inkpads, now everything is working as it should. Many thanks.
