Used the WIC utility to reset the waste inked counter (after cleaning the pads). Worked perfect! Printer is an Epson XP-710

In awe of you, that you could produce, make, create this reset program so that even I, 78 yrs. old, mostly blind and not much of a computer geek, could do it! I replaced the waste ink tank and thought all was good until I received the dreadful message that ink pad was at the end of service life. I had previously downloaded the WIC program. I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a shot. I ordered a key, installed it, and had to play around a little bit, but finally got the all clear. Could not be happier. Highly, highly, highly recommend it.
