  Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes.   Usual 'Service parts inside printer' etc. message on my Epson RX640. None of the freeware solutions worked, so I was a bit dubious about this. I have to say it worked a treat!! No problems at all. It reset the waste ink counter, I cleaned the waste ink pads and so for £6.32 I've got a new printer. :-) Recommended.

  I was tearing my hair out trying to get a solution for my Epson R265. Other solutions didn't work and were not compatible with Vista Home Basic. The WIC Reset Utility worked like a charm! In just a few moments - I'm off to buy a waste ink device so I can get a lot more service from my machine.
