la clé a fonctionné 1 mois après 150 copies je ne sait de nouveau plus utiliser l'imprimante. J'essaye de contacter wic reset utility en vain... je ne recommande donc pas du tout l'application

My Artisan 837 just tried to hose me with the waste ink pad error. The printer was working just fine then bam. I bit the bullet and bought this utility and it worked GREAT. Reset the ink pad error and all is well. Best $10 I've spent in a LONG time. Epson deliberately tried to end the printer life for NO REASON... cept to sell more printers. Do NOT let them get away with it. I'm sure eventually this thing will start printing poorly and THEN I'll buy another one....but until then Epson can....... etc..etc.

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! Thanks John, You saved me alot of time and frustration dealing with that idiot I was talking with at Ebson, he didn\'t know sh$t about my printer, he began by telling me that my printer was like a human body and I was like WTF???, well anyway I eventually told him he was stupid and hung up on him, I called the place where I purchased my printer from and he gave me your website, everything is working fine now and you saved me from any down time I would have had taking to the service center!... What a fantastic job guys!!! absolutely astounded that it works and how easy it was. thank you again!
