I don't like throwing something (a printer in this case) away and consuming our earth's resources (buying a new printer) just because Epson make it difficult for me to avoid doing this. I wish Epson would make products that can be maintained by the product owner and this way contributes to the well being of our planet. This reset utility worked 'as described' and now, having cleaned my ink pads, I can get more value from the printer I already own. Thanks for this reset software.

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. Quick and easy. i have an XP600 and Artisan 725 that were showing the \'waste inkpad error\'. I bough 2 keys and solved a 2 week headache in 10 minutes. Thanks for doing what you do and doing a Great Job in helping people Your the Best Thanks

Paid for Epson Stylus Color 900 service program and afterwards tried to download program from link. Link would only download a HTML file, and not an executable. Left a message from 2manuals to assist me. This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable? ============= Just checked - it works fine.
