I have an epson artisan 710 and using the wic reset couldnt have been easier. I received the reset key almost instantaniously via email and even an idiot could have been able to use it. I was at 94 percent and got a warning from my printer that my ink pads were close to the end of their service life. After doing some research with Epson and some other stores I got the impression they just wanted you to trade it in on a new printer. This website was linked by a few different blogs and turned out to be the best alternative to keeping a fairly decent printer for a while longer. Thank you.
