The trial key is key (pun intended). It unblocked my EcoTank right away through Wi-Fi. Soon I'll have to buy this key. This software DISABLING of the printer should be illegal. It's programmed to actually brick the device. Unbelievable. Talk about planned obsolescence!

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!!
