Having used Epson "reset" utility once, with success on my XP 830, it allowed me a bit more printing time until it just stopped cold. Research found this site. My download from 2manuals was easy as was the entire process and my printer is working once again, no thanks to Epson. I removed the ink pad chamber and replaced the saturated pads with some of my wife's cotton make up pads...Ha ! We'll see how long that lasts. Very similar material. You sell me adjustment program for Epson l382 but I cant reset waste ink You made me buy the program for the epson l382. reset function forwaste ink pad is not functioning

As you can see in program description - L382 Adjustment program is for making printer adjustments only.
For waste reset use WIC utility.

brilliant - absolutely brilliant. Thank you. Thought I would have to trash my printer and the unused ink cartridges. Only hiccup was needing to disable my security protection to install this wonderful product. Used it as a trial - which proved it worked - then bought the key to finish the job. I am wrapped as you have saved me hundreds of dollars as there is nothing wrong with the quality of the printing. Cheers, Alan.
