The Epson Artisan 800FW Adjustment Program works great. Once downloaded it took me less than a minute to reset the printer. This is a very intuitive and easy to use software. I am a happy camper now. Thanks again

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer.
