  Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes.   Sure wish your live support was online. I could understand it being down on New Year's Eve, but not today. I sent an email to this effect also, but no reply. The reset key worked, thanks. For just half a day, however. Not what I expected for $9.99. Please advise.

  The method described in program was easy to follow. My only problem was having no computer shortcut. The information which came with the key explained it to me, again no problem. It the reset worked. Best buy I have made this Year!! Gerald

  If you've replaced the heads, or removed/re-installed them, you need this! Also does a power nozzle clean - worth the money just for that. Note it needs DOS or a DOS box in Windows.
