  I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products!   I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris
