The reset is very simple and easy:
1. Run the program under Windows OS and click RESET button.
2. Enter RESET KEY (What is this?) and click OK - that is it!

A.:The RESET KEY is one time use. Each time you need to reset the waste ink counter you need new RESET KEY. You can buy up to 25 KEYs and save $150!
Q.: Can I reset the ink cartriges by WIC Reset Utility?
A.: No. You cant reset ink cartriges by WIC Reset Utility. You have to by CISS or Auto-Reset Chips or reset cartriges by Chip Resetter. We dont provide this products.
Q.: If I buy the reset key for the Epson Artisan model will the software only work on one computer? Thank you.
A.: The WIC Reset Utility can work on all PC under Windows with no limits.
Q.: When I try to reset waste ink counter I get error message - "Communication error"
A.: This is common error message when you run the program under Windows Vista or Windows 7. You have to run the WIC program in Windows XP compatibility mode. It is very easy - read here - How to run software in Windows XP compatibility mode
Q.: Does WIC Reset Utility Works under MAC OS?
A.: NO. You have to use it on PC under Windows OS only.
Q.: If I buy 5 RESET KEYs I can use them for different printer models?

I got the flashing lights and "Service required" message on my Epson R2400, as many others have before! I spent hours online and eventually managed to download Epsons' own Adjustment Program. My printer stopped printing with the error as "General Error". Epson quoted me $60 to send an engineer to fix my printer.
After reading through the information on this site I decided to fix it myself. Found the problem was related to the waste ink pad counter.
Only 10 minutes, I had the the printer working! The printer tested fine and has done approx 150 pages since with NO issues.

Today I decided \'What the heck, 30 bucks, if it doesn\'t work, I\'ll survive\', so I purchased a license, installed on a laptop (with USB connection instead of network), and chose the option to prime the left channels first - and WOW: EVERY nozzle on that side now fired, and made an (99%) perfect nozzle check. So did the other side, when finished filling the lines again.
So: 5 f*cking huge stars from me! :)
