An excellent service that works. Don't be fooled by the printer manufacturers that you are trapped into buying their over priced cartridges because you thought you were doing the right thing by upgrading the firmware. The only reason for their upgrade was to stop you from using your own cheaper 3rd party ink cartridges. If you accidentally did do the upgrade as they recommended don't worry as you can undo that costly mistake with the help of "wicreset". It really works. Also did you know that 3rd party cartridges actually contain around 25% more ink than oem cartridges?

Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!! Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.
