I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! The only way to really adjust you printer is by using this program. The owner the printer could not adjust the print using the regular adjustmest utility incleuded in the printer drivers. But this program did the trick. The printer is perfectly adjusted and the owner is very happy with the printer now.

I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. Since I am running Windows 8.1 I was afraid that it might not work too well. I was WRONG!! Happily it works GREAT on Windows 8.1! I\\\'m a happy camper!! Just thought I should let you know!! Best regards, Deepak

I saved the printer of my boyfriend a few years ago with the trial key and he was so happy that he gifted it to me. Now I decided to give the same printer one more chance and it worked again, saving me 300 euro for the price of 14 within 5 minutes. I also changed the pads by the way did not just reset the software and I recomend you to do that as well. Super easy to use and worth the money! Last but not least a really sustainable solution, allowing us to use a device which otherwise would be throuwn away.
