I had some issues when ordering the reset key, but i contacted the website via email and they immediately got back to me and sent me the key code. ran the program and the printer now works again. I had tryed the reset utility from epsons website, but it didnt work how it was supposed to, it would reset but when you would go to print it would go back to the flashing inkpad needs replaced. I will have to print for a while and see how long this actually works, but for now this has saved this printer from going into the trash. I am glad i stumbled across this program and the website. I just downloaded my WIC reset key, fired up my Epson Stylus Photo 2200 and it works great.
This model wasn't on your "works with" list, so you might want to add it.

It allowed me to correct a corrupted EEPROM in the printer.
All the .prn files are missing, so setting up the printer/scanner and the final print check are not possible.
If you only want to reset the ink pad counter then there are cheaper/ free program available.

I got the error message and removed the ink pads ans washed them, don't think I got all the ink out though! Then I used this program as a 'trial' and it worked wonderfully, Printing all OK again and I thought I would need to buy a new printer. When it happens again, I will purchase new pads and a reset key - has to be cheaper than a visit to a repair shop or a new printer.
