  Holy crap this is a lifesaver / money saver / mental breakdown saver and just an amazing product. I was on the verge or completing my order for a new printer when I came across this site. Why spend $200. for a new printer when $10. can breathe new life into my old Epson Artisan 835 with CISS. I'm good to go now, just have to get a waste ink system installed and I'm back in business. Thanks.

  11-14-2025 - I JUST USED THE DOWNLOADED UTLITY PROGRAM AND BOUGHT THEIR $9.99 CODE FOR PURPOSE OF RESETTING THE INK WASTE COUNTER BULLSHIT ( EPSON ET-4550 SEVERAL YEARS OLD ) WHICH I NEVER HEARD OF UNTIL LAST WEEK WHEN THE PRINTER WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT TELL ME TO CONTACT EPSON. LOL- NOPE - CHAT GTP GAVE ME THE INFO FROM HERE, USED IT AND WORKED - TOOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES - ( I HOWEVER - DIDNT ACTUALLY CLEAN OR EMPTY THE INK WASTE OR WHATEVER - IM HOPING FOR THE BEST, ASSUMING ITS OLD ENOUGH THAT IT HAS DRYED ON ITS OWN. - THIS PART ISNT RECCOMENDED TO MY UNDERSTANDING - BUT ILL FIND OUT I SUPPOSE) BUT LONG STORY SHORT - EAST TO USE DOWNLOADED UTILITY, AND RESET KEY FOR 10 BUCKS WORKED - ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR LESS PROCESS.   Reset key itself WORKS, hurrah! 5 stars. BUT . . . it was a struggle to get the download. Our MacBook which is a few years old does not allow the download to be installed because Apple blocks "unrecognized developers." That should be taken care of or a warning should be placed on all promotional materials related to WIC RESET KEY. I was able to get the download onto my old Apple desktop which has not had operating system updates. That's how I finally purchased the reset key. Please tell me why the whole business of the reset key, after replacing the ink pads, is not an example of contrived malicious obsolescence? I was tied up for hours, cursing the Epson company, and a breath away from buying a new printer, adding plastic waste into our environment. I liken my experience to changing a car's oil filter and then needing a code to start the car again.
