  I don't like throwing something (a printer in this case) away and consuming our earth's resources (buying a new printer) just because Epson make it difficult for me to avoid doing this. I wish Epson would make products that can be maintained by the product owner and this way contributes to the well being of our planet. This reset utility worked 'as described' and now, having cleaned my ink pads, I can get more value from the printer I already own. Thanks for this reset software.

  I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again.   I have three Epson R290 Printers and this is the second one i have had to reset. Your system is the best by far and for $9.99 you can't say no. Yes i was able to purchase the waste pads from a place for only $5.00 so now I should be able to keep on printing. Thanks again guys well done.

  Ich habe das WIC Reset Utility verwendet, um den Tintenabfallzähler meines Epson-Druckers zurückzusetzen. Das Tool hat problemlos funktioniert und der Drucker läuft jetzt wieder normal. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht zum Servicecenter gehen möchte. Einfach zu bedienen und sehr effizient.“
