Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. Thanks, it worked exactly as the instructions provided. The only matter now is to get a kit for the waste ink. No wonder the ink is so expensive - so much goes to waste. Where can I get a kit to store the wasted ink? Thanks again, Gary

I always bought the key and it arrived correctly, but unfortunately in my last 3 purchases, the key did not arrive. I already sent an email to support with the order number with the problem, they told me that everything was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and I still don't have the key. very bad and slow customer support, it took almost 2 days for useless response.

It took me a while to actually understand how to locate the Epson Status Monitor 3. It was a simple disable after that and a simple running of the program after that. I am up and running again!!! Thanks.

I have an XP960 and its the best print I have ever had . . . . .I recently replaced the inkpads (like today) as i received the warning. . . .All of a sudden I get the End of Life drama. I needed the printer urgent. . . .I went to another company an waste $40.00AU only yo fing their software couldnt find the printer. . .(panic Button time) So I did a search and found you guys. . . . . It was so easy. . . .It took all of 10mins and the old girl is runnin again. I do have a brand new XP970 sitting in a box in the room but while this one is going, I wont touch it Thanks guys I appreciate you so much Michael (Australia)
