  Thank You. I had just bought a new printer and Epson asked to update the firmware...unfortunately in the middle of the update my power shut off. I thought for sure I had deep sixed my brand new device. Even on the Epson website I could not find a manual firmware recover for my printer and OS version...others printers yes, but not this one. I found you website and thought I'd give it a try. Horray, My printer is back working again. While I am not happy to have to pay someone else for something that Epson should have given for free, your price was with-in reason and your software was easy to use.

  Hello! We tried in our company and it worked great the resetter for 1430w. We are interested in acquiring more resetters but we want to know if we pass the link email expired or have some time on line to be used without the expiry of the same.   Hi-If you knew how technically challenged I am you\'d get a good laugh but I print lots of stuff for family history and you have saved me and my printer twice now. Thanks for the help! It works like a charm even though I had no idea what I was doing.
