Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. et-2800 owner. process only took a couple minutes and worked perfect. i've had this printer for 2 years and i'm so happy to prolong its lifespan!

Just wanted to write and THANK YOU for making such GREAT products.

I just reset my Epson 1430 printer. I\'m using it with bulk pigmented ink...and a custom color profile. I love it...and thanks to you I\'ll be able to get several more years out of it.

You all rock! Keeping a favorite printer alive! Thanks again😎...it\'s beyond its stated life span, but the reset key resolved my bw issues...it\'s breathing and printing true again after 2 months of frustration! Tony

Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.
