Hi-If you knew how technically challenged I am you\'d get a good laugh but I print lots of stuff for family history and you have saved me and my printer twice now. Thanks for the help! It works like a charm even though I had no idea what I was doing.

I replaced the waste ink tank and thought all was good until I received the dreadful message that ink pad was at the end of service life. I had previously downloaded the WIC program. I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a shot. I ordered a key, installed it, and had to play around a little bit, but finally got the all clear. Could not be happier. Highly, highly, highly recommend it.

Quick and easy. i have an XP600 and Artisan 725 that were showing the \'waste inkpad error\'. I bough 2 keys and solved a 2 week headache in 10 minutes. Thanks for doing what you do and doing a Great Job in helping people Your the Best Thanks
