Bought a key for a epson rx425 although they delayed to send me the key to my email,they finally send and i saved my printer,the ink cartridges i had bought, and a lot of money i would have wasted to buy a new one.Old printer working as brand new!THANK YOU ALL!

The only way to really adjust you printer is by using this program. The owner the printer could not adjust the print using the regular adjustmest utility incleuded in the printer drivers. But this program did the trick. The printer is perfectly adjusted and the owner is very happy with the printer now.

Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us. Much easier then I had expected. Downloaded the program, purchased the key, switch off and on the printer and that was it! The printer works again.

Brilliant stuff! Have tried everything over the last few days to reset my R265, and finally found your site! Brought a key, bit of a problem with my email account, tried another one, got the key, reset the R265 AFTER washing out the inkpads, now everything is working as it should. Many thanks.
