Thank you so much. You have helped me twice now. Once 2 yrs ago and just today, with the reset key to get my printer going again and I am so happy as I love my printer and it works perfectly and doesn't need to go to landfill. I have emptied the waste ink pads twice now, washed and dried so they will be the next thing I replace soon.

This little app is a life saver. Got up at 6 am this morning as I needed to print out some important documents for later today, only to find that all the lights were flashing on my printer. A quick search on the web pointed me to this site and the app informed me that my ink pad was full. A few clicks later and my printer is like new again. Many thanks.

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. I figured it out. I ended up purchasing the LJ 1100 manual. I just used a different email address and it worked fine. Btw, the service manual helped me out tremendously! It paid for itself easily. I will definitely be using your service manuals again in the future. Thanks,
