  This program saved me a lot of money! It is working good for my Epson T13 printer. It is free for downloadig and checking the waste ink counter.

  I own an Epson Artisan 700- Prior to buying it I never heard of the issue with the waste ink counter and epson's built in error codes that render the printer useless after reaching a certain print count. I like a lot of you searched for fixes online. I happened upon (2manuals.com) by way of youtube. I was very reluctant about using this but I also didn't have many other alternatives short of giving in to Epson and their repair method and cost or the purchase of another printer. I am very pleased that I went this route because my printer is up and going (printing) like it should be. I am a very satisfied customer. Thanks, Tim P.

  I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time .   Have had series of 8 Epson Printers. Artisan 837 had over 12700 printed pages and 4000 4x6 photos when it gave up the ghost with \"inkpads have reached end of life\" error.
I spent hours with Epson Support level 2 and they were very nice. Printer \"out of warranty\" so how about a new one. Went to Amazon and Bought Epson Expression 860.

Epson support said take Artisan to Epson Authorized Repair Center....I did. They said \"it\'s out of warranty, we can\'t waste the time (or money) trying to fix it!!\"

Used Epson Reset key from Epson 10 times and each time it , the error on inkpads, recurred. The Epson Utility does not do diagnosis like WIC Reset Utility!! Bottom line...Fixed my own machine for very small price and I am ECSTATIC! Thank You, Thank you and Thank you!! Very Happy in San Diego
