I replaced the waste ink tank and thought all was good until I received the dreadful message that ink pad was at the end of service life. I had previously downloaded the WIC program. I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a shot. I ordered a key, installed it, and had to play around a little bit, but finally got the all clear. Could not be happier. Highly, highly, highly recommend it.

Thank you! I paid less for my Epson R320 1 year ago than Epson want for servicing it. I had printed a head a nozzle check 2 days ago when I put in a new cartrige all printouts were perfect but today my Printer told me it needed service and refused to work. Your fix showed me two things the Ink wells did not need flushing as stated by the Epson Tech and that my printer had been set to only run half the usual plates so that was why the service notice cam up so soon after I purchased it.

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. My Epson R2880 stopped printing and showed alternating ink and paper flashing lights. I had an extended warranty that I purchased with the printer but because I didn\'t register the warranty within 30 days I was told by Mack Camera that they would not honor the warranty. So after much research and web surfing I found myself at 2manuals. I wasn\'t even sure that the wic was the problem and I had serious doubts about spending more money on what could just be another scam like the extended warranty was. However like one reviewer said, what was $9.99. Well I downloaded the program, obtained the $9.99 pin code, loaded the software, and exactly as the video shows I was up and running. I couldn\'t believe it when the printer sprung to life and was ready to print. Hey, try it. You\'ll be glad you did.

Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes. My printer is now renewed for 2 years! Very very satisfied. Many thanks. MF, France
