  Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?.   I was at 94 percent and got a warning from my printer that my ink pads were close to the end of their service life. After doing some research with Epson and some other stores I got the impression they just wanted you to trade it in on a new printer. This website was linked by a few different blogs and turned out to be the best alternative to keeping a fairly decent printer for a while longer. Thank you.

  Changed the waste ink pads with the new ones and used WicReset for reseting waste counter on Epson L382. Received the key without any delay, right after placing the order and paying for it. Worked perfectly. Counter became 0,00%. Great utility!
