Dear Sirs, my priter is Epson ET-2820. The reset of waste counter is not possible, but the printer is available in the list of printers. All stepst will be executed acc. to you specification. Isuue is: Querry has been rejected by the device. -Current devis specification are brocen, incorrect or out of date. - Please try to update this application to the most recent version first. - Otherwise, plese report all available information about this issue to us. Ace. I downloaded the programme which told me that one waste ink was at 65 % and the other was at 100% This told me that the programme was communicating with the printer (Another utility I tried would not even talk to the printer.) This gave me confidence to buy the key to activate the reset. It worked in seconds and my now perfectly functioning A3+ printer is no longer a pile of scrap. If only Epson UK were this good!!!

I tried the free reset key through Epson.com but their servers don\'t work anymore and there\'s soooooooooo many errors.
After hours of frustration I paid the $9.99 saying, \"What do I have to lose?\" Just like the other reviews said, you\'ll be all set within 2 minutes.>The reviews have spelling errors (ha ha) so real people are writing them. And to leave this review that I\'m writing, the site made me log in (proving I have an account and truly am a customer that tried it).
Worked on my Epson Stylus CX8400.

Hello - just great! Greetings from Germany - Es funktioniert auch mit dem Epson PX810FW perfekt - einfach hinten per USB anschlie�en und das kostenlose Programm laden. Wenn der Drucker gefunden wurde, den Reset Key online per PayPal kaufen. Habe sofot den Key per E-Mail bekommen. Jetzt noch 3 Klicks und der Drucker ist wieder wie neu.... Danke und Gru�
