Foarte multumit, am cumparat on-line in 22 decembrie 2016 - codul (Key) - a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou. Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. I found the problem, why the reset diidnt work. it was in depending of the epson status monitor. I was going to the task manager and stopped the status monitor. The problem was \\\"The printer statut manager\\\" After stopping status monitor, the reset was work probably. Thanks

I replaced the waste ink tank and thought all was good until I received the dreadful message that ink pad was at the end of service life. I had previously downloaded the WIC program. I was skeptical, but figured I would give it a shot. I ordered a key, installed it, and had to play around a little bit, but finally got the all clear. Could not be happier. Highly, highly, highly recommend it.
