  At first I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and have to spend a lot of time fixing my issue. It was actually the complete opposite, it was very cheap/affordable and super easy to do. They give you all the steps and explain everything very clearly. do not waste your time with dealing with Epson. This was definitely the best decision to make.   I was tearing my hair out trying to get a solution for my Epson R265. Other solutions didn't work and were not compatible with Vista Home Basic. The WIC Reset Utility worked like a charm! In just a few moments - I'm off to buy a waste ink device so I can get a lot more service from my machine.
