Thanks John, You saved me alot of time and frustration dealing with that idiot I was talking with at Ebson, he didn\'t know sh$t about my printer, he began by telling me that my printer was like a human body and I was like WTF???, well anyway I eventually told him he was stupid and hung up on him, I called the place where I purchased my printer from and he gave me your website, everything is working fine now and you saved me from any down time I would have had taking to the service center!... What a fantastic job guys!!! absolutely astounded that it works and how easy it was. thank you again!

Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. thanks so much found what i had to do finally worked great again a big thanks now have to figure out why my printer won't accept the continous ink that i was using hhmmm1! but a big thank to this great web sight very helpful
