  Hi, This is the second time I have reset my waste ink counter in about 18 months. Disappointed that the key I ordered (OS X Mac version) came to me as an exe. Luckily I had anticipated this and had a PC at the ready. That of course worked like a charm. Thanks anyway.

  I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time .   I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. and then made the purchase of the KEY. It worked perfectly. Do I need to get new pads? Install a waste bottle? or do nothing for 4 more years?
