i purchase a waste ink pad reset key .but reset key is not working properly.and i pay the full payment. but product key is expired so please give me a new product key which is working properly. and i request to you that you must give the genuine key . which is that costumer will satisfied in first time. please give me a quick response. thank you. ============Answer:============ You Reset Key is NOT used yet!!! Success! I installed a OctInkjet waste inkpad overflow and tried their reset to no avail - they furnished your link. Your reset fixed my RX690 Epson printer within minutes . Ink started to flow into the overflow immediately (just as well it was installed). I did apattern check-all six colours perfect. Thank you Brian

I have been struggling with a clogged head on my Epson Pro 4900 for weeks.
The Windex-on-a-papertowel-overnight solution has worked before; however, it was not clearing the nozzles this time.
Thanks to John\'s link ( http://forum.luminous-landscape.com/index.php?topic=77073.0 ) for guiding me to 2manuals.com!!
I purchased the SP4900 program and it was GREAT!
I used the Adjustments (Individual) program on Section 2 Head Related Checks and Adjustments, first at level CL3 then CL2 for the clogged colours channels and voila, my head is now fully functional again.
I have only browsed through the other SP4900 subroutines, but they will provide me with a full suite of maintenance routines that could be very useful in the future.

This program was fantastic. The only inconvenience was that it is a Windows .exe file and I am a Mac OSX user. I had to launch Windows 7 Pro in Fusion and conduct the maintenance; however, with so many Mac users needing this type of help for the Epson Pro printers, it would be great to have an OSX program option too. That being said, if you can run Windows on your computer and have an Epson Pro 4900, I highly recommend this indespensible program. At $29.99 it is a steal compared to calling in a technician.

Hi john: I wouldlike to let you know that i bought another reset key from yoy site and it worked with onother workforce 840 I owned. i think the problem with the other printer workforce 840 was that I used the reset key epson has in their website some times and probably it bloked the printer. Just for you to know and to let you know this time worked with another 840 I own Thank you for your understanding and for refunding the money when did not work. It says a lot of you business reputation

If you've replaced the heads, or removed/re-installed them, you need this! Also does a power nozzle clean - worth the money just for that. Note it needs DOS or a DOS box in Windows.

Awesome. I made a mistake ordering 2 codes (I needed just 1). They called me (I'm in Italy) to ask if it was an erroneous "double click"...and they deleted the second order. I still can't believe it. That's PURE QUALITY. (Of course the whole thing works and the printer is doing his work). THANX!
