Foarte multumit, am cumparat on-line in 22 decembrie 2016 - codul (Key) - a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou. Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. Reset key itself WORKS, hurrah! 5 stars. BUT . . . it was a struggle to get the download. Our MacBook which is a few years old does not allow the download to be installed because Apple blocks "unrecognized developers." That should be taken care of or a warning should be placed on all promotional materials related to WIC RESET KEY. I was able to get the download onto my old Apple desktop which has not had operating system updates. That's how I finally purchased the reset key. Please tell me why the whole business of the reset key, after replacing the ink pads, is not an example of contrived malicious obsolescence? I was tied up for hours, cursing the Epson company, and a breath away from buying a new printer, adding plastic waste into our environment. I liken my experience to changing a car's oil filter and then needing a code to start the car again.

Its great! It saves a lot of money to be spent in vain. I tried from various service centres, but nobody guided me properly by using ur software and reset key, it takes hardly 5 minutes to complete all the procedure. Artisan 710 running again and saved a lot of money. Thanks a lot!

My Epson R260 quit working- read up online what the cause was (counters in printer). I downloaded the WIC Utility package and sure enough the counter was at 100.70%. I downloaded the Reset Key- at first it didn't work. Turned the printer off & on as instructed. Still didn't work. Finally I turned the monitoring on- reset the printer. Then turned monitoring off again and reset the printer & it finally worked. I think the monitoring just got hung up somehow- computers!!! I'm very thankful I'm good for another few years. It only cost $9.99 instead of the price of buying another printer (and I have all these ink cartridges that would go to waste)- OR a repair bill & would be without it while being fixed. Would I buy another Epson printer- NO- but would I recommend 2manuals for the fix- Definitely.
