  I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time .   I was a bit hesitant at first. The website looks very old. However, after watching an infuencer's video, https://youtu.be/BL5daGezO0o?si=9Qi4AmSDSMEevZMw I decided to go for it. The process was fast and simple. My Epson ET-2650 worked right away!

  Absolutely fantastic. I got the error message and removed the ink pads ans washed them, don't think I got all the ink out though! Then I used this program as a 'trial' and it worked wonderfully, Printing all OK again and I thought I would need to buy a new printer. When it happens again, I will purchase new pads and a reset key - has to be cheaper than a visit to a repair shop or a new printer. Thank you so much

  Very impressed! After a fruitless search for official Epson support for the Waste Ink error I found a YouTube video showing how to remove and clean the ink pads but still needed to reset the counter. After some initial "Is this unofficial 3rd Party Solution a scam?" trepidation I took a chance on the WIC reset tool and now, about half an hour (mainly spent drinking tea and waiting for the key to be emailed) and 6 quid later I have a fully functioning XP-342. In the meantime, Epson UK responded to a message I sent them on Twitter, telling me that I could send the printer away to their service centre for an unspecified period of time and pay them £48 to have the ink pads changed and the counter reset. All with a caveat that having "tampered" with the ink pads myself, the service centre might refuse to fix the printer. Thanks for a great piece of kit which has saved me a lot of time, effort and money.

  thanks so much found what i had to do finally worked great again a big thanks now have to figure out why my printer won't accept the continous ink that i was using hhmmm1! but a big thank to this great web sight very helpful

  You blokes are a bloody god send. This allowed me to get the Epsom printer going again. Talk about a rip off by Epson!!
