  Hi john: I wouldlike to let you know that i bought another reset key from yoy site and it worked with onother workforce 840 I owned. i think the problem with the other printer workforce 840 was that I used the reset key epson has in their website some times and probably it bloked the printer. Just for you to know and to let you know this time worked with another 840 I own Thank you for your understanding and for refunding the money when did not work.   Ce logiciel a le mérite de fonctionner en WiFi. On n'a donc pas besoin du câble USB. Pour 8.54 € (9.99 $) j'ai facilement réinitialiser les compteurs de mon Epson XP-610 qui était bloquée. This software has the advantage of working over Wi-Fi, so you don't need a USB cable. For €8.54 ($9.99), I easily reset the counters on my Epson XP-610, which had frozen.

  I don't like throwing something (a printer in this case) away and consuming our earth's resources (buying a new printer) just because Epson make it difficult for me to avoid doing this. I wish Epson would make products that can be maintained by the product owner and this way contributes to the well being of our planet. This reset utility worked 'as described' and now, having cleaned my ink pads, I can get more value from the printer I already own. Thanks for this reset software.

  I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.
