I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time . good morning Sirs, Before to purchase the service Adjustment program full I would like to know if it is suitable for Epson Printer Stylus Photo PX730WD model C432A and if, in this porgram, is there the decompressing managing for print head?

Ace. I downloaded the programme which told me that one waste ink was at 65 % and the other was at 100% This told me that the programme was communicating with the printer (Another utility I tried would not even talk to the printer.) This gave me confidence to buy the key to activate the reset. It worked in seconds and my now perfectly functioning A3+ printer is no longer a pile of scrap. If only Epson UK were this good!!!

Changed the waste ink pads with the new ones and used WicReset for reseting waste counter on Epson L382. Received the key without any delay, right after placing the order and paying for it. Worked perfectly. Counter became 0,00%. Great utility!
