This was one of the most satisfying on-line experience I have EVER experienced! It started with some slightly suspicious message appearing on our (usually functional) 2019 Epson ET-2760 ink jet printer: “The Inkpad Needs Service. Contact Epson.” My wife, who has been the person diligently tending to the Epson, had surrendered because Epson was TOTALLY unresponsive. So then it was my turn. I did the only thing I ever do when confronted with a potential fiasco like this: I entered the mysterious Epson message into my Google search engine. Up popped information about a "WIC Reset Utility" that seemed to make sense. I downloaded the TRIAL version, which would theoretically be able to “reset” the Epson’s Inkpad counter One Time. Say Wha?!? Bottomline: It worked HEROICALLY, so I I have gone ahead and purchased the actual WIC Reset Utility software. I am imagining that if this message ever appears again I will now be able to work around it. This software literally SAVED our old Epson printer, for which I will be eternally grateful. My Epson XP-800 max'd out on counters and died on me. Screen of death with printer disabled by manufacturers internal firmware. Researched the web and found these guys. The reset process and key purchase was easy to follow and after a few registration steps and a simple paypal transaction the reset key arrived, was entered and the printer was back working again. Saved me at least £80 on a new basic 3-in-1 printer plus ensured my existing ink supplies were not useless Thanks guys - thoroughly recommended

I have a Epson TX700w printer I contacted epson in Australia for a fix for full ink pads. They were about as much help as an ash tray on a harley. I pulled the pads out joined a hose to the ink drain hose drilled a small hole in the case put the hose through to a bottle on the out side ink pad problem solved. Downloaded the WIC Reset Programe Reset counter job done. The printer is working like a new one. I will never buy another Epson product again. A big thankyou to the Wic Programe you have saved me a lot of money. Bill.

My Epson R2880 stopped printing and showed alternating ink and paper flashing lights. I had an extended warranty that I purchased with the printer but because I didn\'t register the warranty within 30 days I was told by Mack Camera that they would not honor the warranty. So after much research and web surfing I found myself at 2manuals. I wasn\'t even sure that the wic was the problem and I had serious doubts about spending more money on what could just be another scam like the extended warranty was. However like one reviewer said, what was $9.99. Well I downloaded the program, obtained the $9.99 pin code, loaded the software, and exactly as the video shows I was up and running. I couldn\'t believe it when the printer sprung to life and was ready to print. Hey, try it. You\'ll be glad you did.

John I want to Thank You for all your help. I own and run a T-Shirt printing company, nothing big but it helps and I use the printer to print out the film that I need to silk screen them, again Thank You.
