Your printers are pieces of shit, I'm sure that HP will be happy to know they have even more customers. The firmware is a piece of shit, the software isn't good either. And as for the support team, well lets just say that their not even worth anything, as any complications I have had(and others) haven't had any help from them. So you can thank yourselves for the loss, and give a big round of applause to any companies your in competition with.

i purchase a waste ink pad reset key .but reset key is not working properly.and i pay the full payment. but product key is expired so please give me a new product key which is working properly. and i request to you that you must give the genuine key . which is that costumer will satisfied in first time. please give me a quick response. thank you. ============Answer:============ You Reset Key is NOT used yet!!! Thanks you, reseted a Epson l1300 ink waste counter sucessfully, who sold me the printer wanted to charge me $25 and I would still have to take the printer to his office.

IT WORKS! IT WORKS! IT WORKS!

I tried the free reset key through Epson.com but their servers don\'t work anymore and there\'s soooooooooo many errors.
After hours of frustration I paid the $9.99 saying, \"What do I have to lose?\" Just like the other reviews said, you\'ll be all set within 2 minutes.>The reviews have spelling errors (ha ha) so real people are writing them. And to leave this review that I\'m writing, the site made me log in (proving I have an account and truly am a customer that tried it).
Worked on my Epson Stylus CX8400.
