An excellent service that works. Don't be fooled by the printer manufacturers that you are trapped into buying their over priced cartridges because you thought you were doing the right thing by upgrading the firmware. The only reason for their upgrade was to stop you from using your own cheaper 3rd party ink cartridges. If you accidentally did do the upgrade as they recommended don't worry as you can undo that costly mistake with the help of "wicreset". It really works. Also did you know that 3rd party cartridges actually contain around 25% more ink than oem cartridges?

I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. and then made the purchase of the KEY. It worked perfectly. Do I need to get new pads? Install a waste bottle? or do nothing for 4 more years?

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! This tool is badly wrtten, after downgrading using the wrong firmareware version I was unable to purchase another key as it thought it was a duplicate order, tried online help waited a hour and gave up, in total I have wasted £40 on a CISS system thats not reconized by the printer, and £20 on the WIC tool that although was my fault, I can remedy because I can't puchase another key
