Thanks for your advice. I had the printer Epson Pro 4900 attached to the network. Once I used the USB connection everything worked great. There were 2 ink channels that I could not clean. After poking around the internet I found discussion of air in the lines. Did an initial charge and now things are working perfectly. Thanks for a great product and tech support. Regards, Morris Gven

After hours of trying to reset my Epson Stylus Photo PX710W I found Waste Ink Counter reset utility - I purchased the key and it set my counter back to Zero - The printer is now working again. Next time I buy a printer it will not ne an Epson. Alan

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! I just downloaded and tried your WIC Reset Utility. Since I am running Windows 8.1 I was afraid that it might not work too well. I was WRONG!! Happily it works GREAT on Windows 8.1! I\\\'m a happy camper!! Just thought I should let you know!! Best regards, Deepak

Its great! It saves a lot of money to be spent in vain. I tried from various service centres, but nobody guided me properly by using ur software and reset key, it takes hardly 5 minutes to complete all the procedure. Artisan 710 running again and saved a lot of money. Thanks a lot!
