All I can say is THANK YOU!! Thank you for allowing me to roll back (downgrade) my Epson XP-410 printer\'s firmware with ease!! A couple of clicks, and I was downgraded. This allowed me to use non-oem cartridges that would not work no matter what I tried with current firmware (Epson updated firmware just to battle the use of non-oem cartridges). The money spent will be saved with the very first refill of these refillable cartridges I bought. I was skeptical, but it really was THAT easy! Winning the battle against Epson!! First time I\'ve ever paid for a \"hack\", well worth it!

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! Thank you! I paid less for my Epson R320 1 year ago than Epson want for servicing it. I had printed a head a nozzle check 2 days ago when I put in a new cartrige all printouts were perfect but today my Printer told me it needed service and refused to work. Your fix showed me two things the Ink wells did not need flushing as stated by the Epson Tech and that my printer had been set to only run half the usual plates so that was why the service notice cam up so soon after I purchased it.

I just used this utility on an Epson XP 810. Worked like magic. First the trial version,this brought my printer back to life immediately. Then i bought the reset key, and according to the program, the waste counter is now set to zero. I replaced the inkpads with thightly packed adsorbent paper, so for less than ten dollars I have a fully working printer /scanner/copier again. Thanks! Chris
