The reset utility works great for my Artisan 700. Thank you SO SO SO much for making this available for Mac. You can\'t imagine how much hassle you\'ve saved me - trying to get a Windows machine to run a reset utility on... Excellent service altogether. Many thanks from Ireland!

I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time . I have a Epson TX700w printer I contacted epson in Australia for a fix for full ink pads. They were about as much help as an ash tray on a harley. I pulled the pads out joined a hose to the ink drain hose drilled a small hole in the case put the hose through to a bottle on the out side ink pad problem solved. Downloaded the WIC Reset Programe Reset counter job done. The printer is working like a new one. I will never buy another Epson product again. A big thankyou to the Wic Programe you have saved me a lot of money. Bill.
