I have an epson artisan 710 and using the wic reset couldnt have been easier. I received the reset key almost instantaniously via email and even an idiot could have been able to use it. The reset utility works great for my Artisan 700. Thank you SO SO SO much for making this available for Mac. You can\'t imagine how much hassle you\'ve saved me - trying to get a Windows machine to run a reset utility on... Excellent service altogether. Many thanks from Ireland!

It's really easy to use and has saved me tons of money over buying new printers. I've reset my current printers several times and have used them for over 5 years thanks to these reset keys.

Thanks for your advice. I had the printer Epson Pro 4900 attached to the network. Once I used the USB connection everything worked great. There were 2 ink channels that I could not clean. After poking around the internet I found discussion of air in the lines. Did an initial charge and now things are working perfectly. Thanks for a great product and tech support. Regards, Morris Gven
