Please unzip by WinZip after downloading. Then READ carefuly README file with instructions.

You can run this program under Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 in compatibility mode. It is easy!

Lets get to know how to set it up.

To configure the compatibility mode for an application, just locate the installation directory and right click on the .exe file (program you want to run), selecting Properties from the menu.

Select the Compatibility tab:

Windows 7 compatibility mode

You can choose to run the program in Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows XP compatibility mode.

FOR THIS PROGRAM please use the WINDOWS XP compatibility mode!!!

Download the program and run in compatibility mode!

Thrilled to bits - I thought my trusty printer was destined for the scrap heap ( although nothing wrong except it would no longer operate due to "ink pad full") and I would have to buy new, until I alighted on your product . Also if the ink pad actually causes problem tyou advise where I can buy a replacement kit and do it myself. You perform a great service to printer users. Well done!

At first I thought I was going to have to spend a lot of money and have to spend a lot of time fixing my issue. It was actually the complete opposite, it was very cheap/affordable and super easy to do. They give you all the steps and explain everything very clearly. do not waste your time with dealing with Epson. This was definitely the best decision to make. Will be back when I need to reset my printer again! Thank you 2manuals.com!!!!! To bad there isnt an AMAZING rating!!

Foarte multumit, am cumparat on-line in 22 decembrie 2016 - codul (Key) - a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou. Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. I replaced the waste ink pad assembly on my Epson XP-800, not understanding that there were internal counters needing to be reset. The WIC Reset Utility and the WIC RESET KEY, along with the replacement waste ink pad assembly, have restored my printer to me. Thanks for making it so easy and, most importantly, having it work like you said it would.

When my printer quit working, I ordered a new printer. Then I decided to check youtube to see if anything could be done other than taking it in. That's when I found WIC. This process was so easy, I cancelled my order for a new printer and fixed this on in less than an hour. I ordered new pads and entered the code to reset. Code cost me less than 10 dollars, and 2 sets of pads for 15 dollars. Better than iver 300 for a new printer.
